The Software is targeted for any person ages 13 and up who loves games and likes to play with their friends and other people from all around the world (each, " you " or " User ").

We may also collect any information you provide us voluntarily, such as by replying to any communication from us or any information you may share on our Service while using it. We may also collect log in-game chat reports of bad or offensive language as well as chat records related to such chat reports, including in regard to any actions we may take against the offending party to the chat.

Our servers automatically log information of our Users' activities (e.g., login-in, play requests, etc.). We use this information internally for server and code maintenance, research, analytics, statistics, operational objectives, and customer support.
We advertise our services online, including on external websites. A typical type of advert is a banner displayed on a third-party website advertising our Software and/or Services and linking to our website via hyperlink. Such third parties do not provide said service free of charge and in order to calculate the renumeration they are entitled to, by clicking the advertisement an ID is generated and then allocated to the User’s account registration to our Services. This allows us to determine how many new Users we have gained by using the advertisement and/or third party. Such third parties receive from us a complete overview of registrations of User's who clicked advertisements on their website and invoice us based on such data, and may be entitled for compensation for User's purchase on our Services. However, we do not relay our Users' personal information to such third parties. Any such data is processed for the purposes of our legitimate interests. Please note that any external websites may also set cookies or create a device ID or fingerprint (identifying the User’s personal system) that enable the operator to track the surfing behavior of its visitors. Any information we collect on our Users is used by us to provide you with the best game experience and constantly improve our Service. We treat our Users' information with the utmost confidentiality, do not sell any of the information we collect to any third-party and do not share, provide or disclose any of the information we collect to third-parties except as required for the provision of our services, such as processing payments and transactions, push notifications and analytical tools, or in circumstances in which we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary for the protection and safety of you or another Person.

Please note that some information such as user's public profile and photo, and personal game-statistics are publicly displayed to Users using the Service.
If we are facing a significant investment or business transaction, such as a merger, our acquisition by another organization, or the sale part or all of our assets (for example, the sale of a game), we may disclose or transfer some or all of the information on our servers, including Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, to the successor organization as part of the transaction. We store information we collect from our Users for as long as we provide them with our Services and for any period required for compliance with our legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements (unless we are instructed otherwise). Receiving and Deleting your Personal Information
If you have a Standard Account, you can request a copy of your Personal Information stored on our Service by submitting an information access request to us via email. Please note that such a request must be sent from the connected email address.
If you have a Standard Account, you may also request that we delete all your Personal Information connected to your account. Your request will be processed, and your Personal Information will be deleted, within 30 days of your request. In this regard, please note that: (i) deleting your Personal Information from our Service might take longer if some or all of it is stored in back-up storage; (ii) we may retain any information received by public means, e.g., via in-game or system wide chats; and (iii) we may retain some or all of your Personal Information if required to comply with any legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, or enforcement of our agreements.
Please note that if you have a Guest Account, we have no way to validate your identity and ascertain that you are the owner of any Personal Information linked to the Guest Account, and will not accept any request for information access or deletion of Personal Information linked to the Guest Account.

Our Services are designated to individuals over the age of 13 and if you are under 13 you should not use our Services or provide us with any Personal Information.
